I was called within minutes of placing the order to arrange a delivery date. The blocks were delivered as agreed and in good condition.

I ordered a shed online.
I finally came in 2 separate packages over 10 days.
When I opened the packaging several pieces of the feather edge boarding were damaged.
A very poor product or very rough courier?
I asked for a full refund.

The staff are brilliant, the website could do with a bit of work, when ordering for collection, it constantly looks like your ordering for delivery

Disappointed that on my last order tried to use my blue card (nhs) which we used on other orders and never got the 10percent discount .
I qualify for 10 percent off at b+q it worked out cheaper for my order , 10percent off a £550 order gives me a further £55 to spend on more materials . I cant fault the help, service and delivery of bradfords , luke anybody else the more i save the more i can spend on more materials .

No delivery and I had to ring and find out what was going on at 15.51 0n the 01 02 2023 the transport manager had to ring me back he did to tell me they were not going to make it today I had waited in all day

Delivery booked for the morning didnt arrive until 2pm the Ballast for mixing concrete had very little sand content so not very good had to go and buy sand as well
